TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Agreement to Terms By accessing AuraCool Events' website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services Provided: AuraCool Events offers aura photography for individuals and pets, event services, private sessions, and Reiki healing services in the NYC area.

Booking and Payment:

• All bookings require advance payment or deposit

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Payment methods accepted: credit card, Zelle, Venmo, cash

• Refunds processed according to our cancellation policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

• No cancellations within 14 days of booking (payment forfeited)

• Rescheduling allowed outside 14-day window

• Emergency cancellations considered on case-by-case basis

• Weather-related cancellations for outdoor events may be rescheduled

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate booking information

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions

• Follow safety guidelines during sessions

• Respect equipment and staff

• Obtain necessary permissions for event locations

Intellectual Property:

• Aura photographs remain property of AuraCool Events until full payment

• Clients receive usage rights for personal use

• Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement

• AuraCool Events retains right to use photos for marketing (with client consent)

Liability Limitations:

• Services provided "as is" without warranties

• AuraCool Events not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Liability limited to amount paid for services

• Clients participate at their own risk

Equipment and Technical Issues:

• Equipment malfunctions may result in rescheduling

• No guarantees on specific aura colors or interpretations

• Technical difficulties beyond our control may affect service delivery

Governing Law: These terms are governed by New York State law.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
